□ ePacket Light (Economy International Shipping): International ePacket Light is a service that delivers an item weighing less than 2 kg to the addressee’s mailbox as a SAL (Surface Air Lifted) small packet. Tracking service is available. Customers will receive the item number after products have been shipped. It will take about 10-14 days for delivery. Below shows some of delivery status.
□ EMS: Express Mail Service. International EMS is a service that delivers an item weighing less than 30 kg. It will take about 5-7 days for delivery faster than ePacket. Tracking service is available.

Shipping Policy
□ Your order may be subject to custom fees or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country. However, the amount does depend on the country to which the order was shipped and item’s value. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown
□ Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and do not include custom fees or taxes.
□ Customs, Duties and Taxes Shopping!! Japan is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying these additional charges for customs clearance. We must declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower custom fees.
□ If you refuse your package or the package is returned to sender, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any custom fees or taxes that are incurred. If the package is undeliverable and returned to Shopping!! Japan, the shipping and return shipping total charges will be deducted from your merchandise payment amount refunded. In the instance that the price to return the merchandise exceeds the total amount of the merchandise including shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
□ If you refuse to pay the custom fees or taxes for picking up your order and the package is returned to Shopping!! Japan, in case the products are damaged you will not be refunded. For any refund, 4.0% of amount of refund will be levied as transaction fee.
